Our Fully Managed Service is designed to be a completely hands-off experience for the landlord. We’ll source quality tenants, provide comprehensive referencing for the tenant (and guarantor if required), provide a photographic inventory, arrange required safety certificates, take move-in funds, register the deposit and ensure all legal documentation is provided to remain compliant. Once moved in, we’ll collect rent from the tenant, deal with day-to-day management including periodic inspections, before providing the end-of-tenancy checkout and aiding with deposit deductions (if required.) This service is designed to keep you informed, whilst not actively involved.

Our Tenant Find service is available for those landlords simply looking for assistance with marketing. Why are all website bios identical, beginning at birth and ending with today? Are you really interested in knowing Darrell grew up in Portsmouth with an innate desire to work in the property industry? Does it bother you that his decade of experience in the Estate and Lettings industry began with rapid progression through an established independent agency, or that more recently he spent six years aiding the growth of a startup into one of the largest agencies in Portsmouth? Or do you want to know about the present-day Darrell Manchip, and why he traded in the comfort of a monthly salary to become the co-founder and Managing Director of LUMI?
Darrell has two main focus points for LUMI; Clients and Employees.
For Clients, the pledge is far beyond the reactive, industry-norm management service that appears to be fuelled entirely by inexperienced administrators. His years in the industry have created a distinct focus on landlords’ entire investment journey – aiming to maximise the returns of existing portfolios whilst keeping up with the volatility of ever-changing property compliance laws, and aiding in the sourcing, negotiating and purchasing of the next investment.
For Employees, Darrell has a strong desire to work with the best minds in the industry and plans to provide them with an impressive working environment; allowing complete personal autonomy and numerous additional employee benefits with the knowledge that this empowerment will create a determination from all staff members to ensure the LUMI service continues to improve as the company grows.

The brainchild behind LUMI, Harry cominbed his relationships with Will and Darrell together, seeking both their unique skill sets and expertise to create LUMI.
Harry grew up playing football in the ranks at Portsmouth FC, from the age is 6 all he wanted to do was to pursue his dream and become a professional footballer. During his first year as a professional football he started his first ever property business and went full time into this business after being released at the end of his contract. Since then, Harry has grown a larger Rent to rent portfolio in Portsmouth and worked closely with both Darrell and Will to create LUMI.
Harry has great ambitions for LUMI, growing a company who puts the staff first, building a company culture which aids the staff to provide the most elite service to our clients.

Will purchased his first property in 2009 and undertook his first major refurbishment property project soon after, in late 2019 he decided to start Brentor Property Group and focused on building and scaling a successful property investment and development company.
Since a very young age, Will has been around property developments. His father’s company undertook exclusive developments, extensions, and refurbishments for clients during Will’s younger years. However, it was not Will’s first passion straight away. Will grew up Sailing as a child and when he finished school and went to university he decided to undertake a degree in Maritime Management. After University, this led him to work on Super yachts. During his almost 20 year career will worked his way up to Captain and then progressed to Owners Representative and Project Manager on a number of multi-million pound projects. From his time project managing Will has gained extensive experience for running large scale projects. He has learned many skills which have proven to be interchangeable, including Project management & planning, costing, time management, people management, logistics management, site health and safety, client relations and many other skills.
Will uses his knowledge of the UK property market and his experience to help clients purchase strong, reliable investment properties. With a background in the management of multimillion-pound assets, large renovation projects and continuous education in property investment, Will is well-skilled and has a proven track record of delivering great returns and sound advice to his investors. Will now bring this cumulation of knowledge and experience to the property management sector, to deliver alongside his partners Darrell and Harry a new property management experience with a firm focus on helping landlords maximise their assets.
